Current Activity

ChemData

  • Implemented linked selection for the various chart dialogs. Now when making a selection in one chart (such as scatter plot) it will show up in other charts (such as parallel coordinates).
  • Implemented "Show Selected Molecules" mode for the main table view. This will only show the currently selected molecules in the table and will update automatically when the selection changes.
  • Rewrote the K-Means clustering to use the new vtkChartXYZ class from VTK.
  • Fixed bug in Plot Matrix in which the diagram tooltips would not be displayed after changing the active plot.
